Richard Fifer – Paseo Andaluz Now Opened to the Public in Penonome

RICHARD FIFER NEWS: COCLE. The city of Penonome witnessed the inauguration of the Paseo Andaluz, located behind city’s public market. It consisted of the renovation of an antique house, where its patio was expanded the courtyard reformed, and the building decorated with tiles, statues and religious images embellishing the property. Its style represents the historical and cultural characteristics of the Hispanic era.

It is expected that with the passing of days it will provide support of the communities in Cocle, among them schools, which can admire the project carried out by Fundacion Castilla de Oro in association with the Fundacion Petaquilla Gold. These two groups, led by respected Panamanian entrepreneur Richard Fifer Carles, seek to strengthen sources of wealth to the area as an engine for employment and create support and stimulus among the entrepreneurial spirit of its neighbors, which may lead to the creation of small business projects and contribute to the general well-being of both the present and the future generations, reported their organizers.

With the desire to enhance the traditions of this region, Fundación Castilla de Oro donated during the month of March of last year two religious Catholic sculptures to the Catholic churches of Nata de los Caballeros.  These pieces of work represent the images of Nuestra Señora de las Angustias and The Cristo Yacente de la Buena Muerte.  Both were created by the Spanish sculptor Luis Vidales Martin.
